We are often able to monitor the proper pH of our blood and serum by taking a simple Saliva or Urine test measuring the pH with a pH paper strip. This quick and simple test can be taken first thing in the morning or upon rising, before brushing your teeth, eating or drinking. It can also be checked anytime during the day, as long as nothing was eaten or drank for at least half an hour or more for more accurate testing. Normal ranges of 6.8 to 7.4 are desirable for humans in good health. What causes abnormal acidity in our body?
